College Career is a student-focused EdTech platform founded in 2021 by Punit Rai to simplify college and career planning for students across India. We provide trusted, up-to-date information on over 20,000 colleges, courses, and exams.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the College Career website, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Platform.
• "Content" includes all information, data, text, graphics, and materials available on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all features, tools, and resources provided through the Platform.

3.1 Account Registration

4.3 Trademarks

College Career and related logos are trademarks of College Career. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5.1 Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from posting content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through mutual negotiations. If unable to resolve amicably, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
